Any and all disputes relating to the Site, regardless of the amount in controversy, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. Japanese law shall apply to access from outside Japan as well.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any provision found invalid shall be interpreted to achieve its intended purpose to the fullest extent possible.
Any delay or failure by the operator to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of rights shall only be effective when expressly made in writing by the operator.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the operator regarding the use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations (whether oral or written) relating to the use of the Site.
The Site may revise these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be announced on the Site before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
