Price

Yearly plan: 2,400 yen (tax included) per year. First-time subscribers get the first 7 days free
Monthly plan: 300 yen (tax included) per month
In countries and regions other than Japan, the price shown on the App Store purchase screen applies

Additional fees

Data charges for downloading and using the app and for making inquiries are borne by the customer.

App Store payment methods (the payment method registered to your Apple Account).

Payment timing

Charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed
If there is a free trial, the first charge is made when the trial ends
After that, you are charged automatically at each renewal

Delivery

Available immediately after the purchase is completed.

Contract period and auto-renewal

The contract period is 1 year for the yearly plan and 1 month for the monthly plan
It renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

How to cancel

On your device, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions, choose "Clione Premium," and cancel. After canceling, you can use it until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Returns and cancellations (refunds)

Due to the nature of digital content, returns and cancellations are not accepted after a purchase is confirmed. No pro-rated refund is given for the remainder of a period canceled midway. Refunds are decided by Apple under Apple's refund policy (https://reportaproblem.apple.com).

System requirements

iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later, iPad with iPadOS 17.0 or later. Operation on every device is not guaranteed.
